Error: Showing picker unavailable UI

First of all, thanks for the amazing tutorial, it helps a lot!

I cloned this project and ran it locally in the simulator, but spotted a minor error message:

2022-01-12 09:35:25.179861-0500 SwiftUIPHPickerApp[37480:959406] [AXRuntimeCommon] Unknown client: SwiftUIPHPickerApp

Seems this message pops up immediately after presenting the image picker. Any idea why this is happening? From the error message, seems like when the picker shows up, the picker UI is not ready?
Do you know how to solve this?
