Download links are wrong

The big "Download" button should point to a page that allows to download MariaDB 12.1. Instead, it leads to the Plc's limited download page that doesn't include 12.1. The average user will rightfully conclude that 12.1 is not available.

The link should be:

https://mariadb.org/download/?t=mariadb&p=mariadb&r=12.1.1

It's a bit worrying that this bug has to be reported by someone who's not from the Plc.

Since it doesn't exist on .com, fixed to point to .org. Note that the correct link should be https://downloads.mariadb.org/mariadb/12.1.1/ - this persists after the release is moved to archive. The other format suffers from link rot - see https://jira.mariadb.org/browse/MDBF-459
