Modify QueryBatcherTemplate properties on DMSDK tasks #227

Should be able to use command line parameters to modify the thread count, batch size, etc on all DMSDK tasks - e.g.
gradle mlAddCollections -Pcollections=red -PsourceCollections=blue -PthreadCount=64
