- Added README for example directory
- Bumped almost all projects up to 4.4.0
- Added mlUsername/mlPassword where missing, as ml-app-deployer 4.5.0 no longer defaults to admin/admin
- Removed "shell" example project, which was always a science project, and doesn't work anymore because ml-groovysh only existed in jcenter
