[Android] Elevation support

Having elevation support to help match material design specs would be great. When I try it out myself, the shadow from the elevation gets cut off.

I think this is currently prevented by a bug in RN core: facebook/react-native#8013

react-native-material-design uses a combination of TouchableNativeFeedback and has its own ripple polyfill.

Maybe it's worth looking into. It might not be subject to that RN bug, and as a bonus the action button will have proper ripple behaviour.
