Availability of components in npm

Half of the components are available on npm, not all.
Any ideas on when they will be available for straight "npm install ....".
FEATURE REQ:
Is it possible to merge all these components into one file,that way I can manually import the classes as I need them, but from the same source file?

They're releasing components when they are in working order and are up to the standards of the team. The select component in particular is being reworked quite a bit.

Cool, I understand building these components can take time. But any estimate on when they will be released? For eg. the slider. If you cannot give any estimates, that's also fine :)
