Nothing uses `table-wrapper` as a class, and we don't have any iframes. And nothing references this file, so it wouldn't have an effect anyway.
The favicon should be at the website root, so this one isn't used, and it's for pyviz.
Some of these style options are invalid, or the defaults, so they were dropped entirely. Otherwise, this is roughly equivalent. Fixes matplotlib#48.

PR Summary
Drop old CSS and logos from pyviz site, and move inline CSS from table to the external CSS file. Some things were invalid, so it's not exactly the same, but should look roughly equivalent.
