Nice combination: /teach & /grill-me

In case you haven't stumbled upon it, there's a really nice synergy between /teach and /grill-me. In particular, when there's a large context that's relevant to the subject area/mission, the grill-me skill is useful to pick apart the key questions that would help with the learning trajectory.

It placed all the context in a new learning-record/ file, which is a little odd, but after the /grill-me session, I asked it to rewrite the latest lesson produced, and it did tremendously at this.

As an added bonus, I have this included in a minimal CLAUDE.md:

- `index.html` — lesson index linking to all lessons; when the user says a new lesson has been added, update this file to include it
- `launch.sh` — opens `index.html` in the default browser

Formats a nice landing page, as you might expect ;).
