Most of tasks in user documentation require contributors to install Mautic. Therefore, it beneficials to add a section in the contributing guidelines that point them to the Tester page of the community handbook to install Mautic.

Some contributors mistakenly based their PR on the wrong branch. It'd be great to add a "Git cherry-pick" section that we can refer them to when we want them to fix their base PR.
