• stitchkit/process: streamNativeCommand starts a command like runNativeCommand and returns its stdout and stderr as ReadableStream<Uint8Array> while it runs, with result and stop(). It uses the same owner, so a stream keeps the group ownership, the stop policy, the bounds and every group-stop fix of runNativeCommand; a slow reader slows the child through pipe backpressure. The stitchkit/process surface ceiling rises from 12 to 15 for streamNativeCommand and its two types.
