Fixed

  • stitchkit/tools/connections — restored MCP and OpenAPI tool schemas leave string-format and pattern refusals to the remote instead of substituting a generic datetime/email/regex error before sending. MCP relays the original validation message; OpenAPI retains its existing safe HTTP error projection. Record-key wrappers retain only reported local failures; structural errors, bounds and locally authored schemas keep their existing checks. → ADR 0272
