bug in scm update #19
Description
There seems to be a bug with scm update <program>
I've installed my pastebin script "suicidePath" with scm add suicidePath@jh0kMxQc
And then fixed a bug on pastebin.
Then I ran scm update suicidePath and got an error, that the file already exists.
