Upgrading

The first start migrates the database to a new, smaller format (about a third smaller). On a DE10-Nano this takes 1 to 3 minutes before the web page answers; install.sh waits and shows progress. The previous version and database are kept as mistarr.prev and mistarr.db.prev for rollback.
