Installer theme preview does not apply theme when clicking radio #1035
Description
Expected Behavior
The theme associated with the radio you clicked on should be applied to the page.
Actual Behavior
The radio switches on, but the theme is not applied to the page.
Steps to Reproduce
Run Swarm for the first time (or set "IsInstalled" to false in Settings.fds) and get to the theme picker step, then click on the radio (not the text next to it or the small theme preview window) that enables the theme.
