adding the media library resources

Registered the media files as resources
And an associative array of the ID-> uri

Modified the Server.php file to return the requested resources based on uri

Looking at this again, I think what we need is resource templates. This way we should be able to define a uriTemplate like media://{id} so that the client can construct them themselves and we avoid having to query all media items.
