Output the names of source files used to build the C library so that Cargo knows to rerun the compilation if these have changed.
Make sure reboots after an image is reverted never results in the images being swapped again.
The zephyr sources have moved to a different directory. Adjust the build script to fix the paths referenced.

Bring in some commits to properly find source dependencies when building the simulator, and to properly build with the 'zephyr' change previously committed.
There is also an additional enhancement to test multiple reverts that the swap only happens one additional time to revert, and there is no re-reverting.
