Error on state Home -> dealgea L3

When transferring states from home position to dealgea L3 the robot completely crashes.
The temporary solution is making sure Home-> processor state before setting elevator states.
Hypothesis: The robot is crashing from setControl periodically being called and it causes a race condition because the robot must be at an acceptable angle but it must move from 10deg to 130deg to be considered acceptable and that is partially that issue.

this may be a number of other things but this only happens when Home-> dealgea L2 or L3. The code is the exact same for all the other positions except the set position value.
