Add custom route rbac module

I know this might not be relevant, but for version 2.13.3, I implemented an interface for the rbac module and a way to add a custom route for rbac.

Also, version 2.13.3 was a bug in the rbac module. Implemented a temporary solution. I hope this helps you with this difficult task.
