SRE Take Home Exercise Python

How to run

To install the dependencies

pip install -r requirements.txt

To run

python monitor.py [yaml file]

Added default GET method to prevent the error in the initial code that prevented request from being able to run.
Added timeout of .5 seconds to request per the specifications.
