Describe Your Changes

UIManager class that manages different UI components, allowing registration and retrieval based on component type. The components are categorized by a UIComponent enum

• RightPanelTabItem
• InputChatBox

Example use on extension

• Add new tab for right panel tab component

import { UIManager } from '@janhq/core'

 UIManager.instance().register(UIComponent.RightPanelTabItem, {
      name: 'Name',
      value: 'value',
      render: this.createRootRenderer(ReactComponentView),
    })

Greetings!
Is it possible to add a language change function in the toolbar (Russian, English, etc.)?
And accentuate the communication of local AI in accordance with the selected language.
