This PR removes the bshazard dependency as it was archived by CRAN on 2024-04-20.
The solution is trivial: pretend to run it but only run on a saved fixture.
This should resolve the check error on CRAN and thus allow new releases there.
We can add it back after bshazard comes back to CRAN in the future.
