  • alter ALLARCHES only when transitioning to sanity-check+, i.e. do not
    overwrite later changes
  • permit comments and - (no keyword changes) in package list
  • expand * and ^ in package list when keywording starts
    (i.e. sanity-check+ and arches CC-ed)
  • support ALLARCHES in apply command
