Report /secrets/* endpoints description enhancements

Reason/Context

Following microcks/microcks#1279 and microcks/microcks#1282 enhancements on /secrets/* endpoints, we should re-generate API client.

Description

The current API client has missing operation for searching secrets and updating a secret, integrating the new OpenAPI description will allow a clean generation of the client.
