what is the dufference between the repos microsoft/DirectML/TensorFlow/ and microsoft/tensorflow-directml?

I was reading the documentations about directML and openvino and found three similar repos:

microsoft/DirectML/TensorFlow/
microsoft/tensorflow-directml
tensorflow-directml-plugin

• microsoft/DirectML/TensorFlow contains a few samples (no actual TensorFlow backend implementation).
• microsoft/tensorflow-directml was for TensorFlow v1 atop DirectML.
• microsoft/tensorflow-directml-plugin is a plugin for TensorFlow 2 (after TF moved to a pluggable backend model).
