Solution A: 20 custom tables, 2 security roles, 20 cloud flows (for BPF and sharepoint file management), 1 Code App developed with Claude MCP, plugins, skilss...etc
Solution B: 14 custom tables, 3 security roles, 14 cloud flows, 3 connection references, 1 Code app and 1 canvas app (canvas app reading and writing a couple of the tables)
8 users: with assigned Powerapps Premium license (and powerautomate premium licence), plus assigne "Basic user" sec role and the custom sec roles needed for one-one app.
What's the problem:
If i open the code app (ofc) everything works properly
if any of the users opens the code app, the "menü bar" and some of the UI elements are visible and clickable, BUT for the rest the following error pops up -> "The backend request failed with error code '400'" ..... failed to retrieve toke for source......"
What i did:
I've deleted and reshared the app multiple times
they created own "dataverse" connections
i went trough a platea of setups in admin center
i tried to "share the connection" that i created, but is on my name and says that i can share it only with a service principal.
Question: hooooooow can i make it work for the users? This is a try with code app, previously i was building a model driven on top of these and i deleted it, since the code app had mor UX/UI flexibility. back in the stone age, model driven was needing only a "share" and that the users had license, sec role and that's it.... Am i missing something?
