How to publish my custom copilot to the template store in Copilot Studio

I have built a copilot using Copilot Studio. Now I want to make this copilot as part of Microsoft's template store in Copilot Studio. So that others (outside my organization) can make use of this copilot and customize per their needs.

I am aware of PAC (Power Platform CLI) command to extract template and create a copilot using extracted template. But it will help only internal team or within my organization.
Same with Catalog in Power Platform - any solution submitted as catalog item will be available only in organization's catalog.

Any ideas/approaches much appreciated.
