Enhancement: Control behaviour of affinity cookie.

For the moment it seems there's no way to disable the affinity cookie as documented here: 
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/developer/data-platform/api-limits#remove-the-affinity-cookie

Nor does it respect the 'PreferConnectionAffinity' app setting.
