📝 Provide a description of the new feature

Make it work in Windows 8.1 as well, please. Some users can't, while others don't want to use Windows 10, but they miss (I miss) the Windows 95 powertoys! Please allow us to use the new powertoys, since Windows 8.1 is also being kept up to date by you Microsoft folks. Thank you in advance.

Windows 8.1 isn't more supported for regular users since 9th January 2018 . When we develop this for Windows 8.1 it would take us more time to develop. I'm sorry but I think PowerToys is only for Windows 10

unfortunately this is not possible, it would take so much work that would stop any support on the current product for months.
It's an open source project, nothing prevents the community to try to bring some modules to Windows 8.
