Virtual audio channels #10820

📝 Add the possibility to have multiple virtual audio output channels.

How can this be useful?

Imagine you are sharing your screen on MS Teams and are talking to others on Skype and listening to music on Spotify at the same time. In this example, you do not want the sound from Skype or the music from Spotify to be transmitted to the MS Teams share.
To solve this problem, just create two virtual audio output channels (in this example: channel 1 for the user and channel 2 for MS Teams) and choose which applications will transmit to each one of them (in this example: Skype + Spotify + Discord + system sounds would be transmitted to channel 1 and only system sounds would be transmitted to channel 2).

Elgato already does this with their Wave Link software, but it only works if the user has a Wave microfone that starts 139€
