Steps to reproduce

Each time my PC restarts, PowerToys Run is automatically disabled in my PC somehow..
PowerToys application is there in the system tray though, which means application starts but something causes powertoys run to be switched off automatically..
I'm not sure but I think some other options like FancyZones, File Explorer add-ons etc were turned on automatically..

PS: Run as admin thing was turned on a week or two back only though.. if its somehow significant

and also, in last two days, my windows 10 crashed like 2-3 times..

✔️ Expected Behavior

PowerToys to show up after pressing Alt+Space after a reboot.

❌ Actual Behavior

Doesn't happen and the option is disabled in the app automatically,

I turned off run as admin and I think I dont have this issue.. i'll give it a few more days.. but theres one other bug..
with run as admin turned on, PowerToys Run doesn't do anything if I try to open "PowerToys (Preview)" itself.. but with admin thing turned off, it does it well.
