Add a Pomodoro timer #12777

Description of the new feature / enhancement
A Pomodoro timer (the study method) would be super handy for us who have short attention spam. It would be a literal powertoy for many, I think. I use it a lot on Linux, and to handle it from the tray would be ideal.... being native to windows would be even better.
Scenario when this would be used?
Study sessions
dividing bigger tasks into small ones (dividing the time into smaller chunks to make a bigger task feel less daunting)
