Unable to uninstall

So i cannot uninstall, as every time i run the installer it throws an error. Using control panel, it points out it cannot find the msi file to uninstall for 0.37.2 Can someone please just send me the msi uninstall so i can fix my power toy installation!?!

You can extract the msi if you download the installer and then add the argument --extract_msi.
Please tell me if it worked.
