Steps to reproduce

.msi file is missing so it is not possible to uninstall nor install newer version (tested on Win 10 and Win 11).

✔️ Expected Behavior

Uninstall powertoys

❌ Actual Behavior

Trying to locate missing file .msi

Already tried what's proposed, but doesn't work. :-(
(still asking for .msi file if I remember well)

So, you've extracted the msi file from the 0.41.4 installer, indicated the path to it to Windows Installer, and it still didn't work?

Thanks for your anwsers. How can I extract msi file from installer?
(I looked up in installer directory from GitHub, didn't find the according .msi file)

Trying executing this .exe: saying impossible to uninstall curent version...

Use the command line and pass the --extract_msi flag to the installer. (notice the underscore)

This should extract the msi to the current folder you're on.
