Steps to reproduce

Prequisite: Windows Focus Assist must be set to "activate focus assist when I'm using an app in full-screen mode".
Synopsis: With this Focus Assist rule turned on, Focus Assist will be active when the Find My Mouse overlay is active.

Repro:

1. Activate Find My Mouse (press Left Ctrl key twice)
2. Observe the 🌙 icon appear near the clock in the taskbar.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Finding mouse does not activate focus mode.

❌ Actual Behavior

Finding mouse activates focus mode. Since using FMM is a very short-lived activity, it's a very low impact to the user.
