Previous query not erased when closing "PowerToys Run" using Alt+Space command ("Erase previous query" option enabled)

Steps to reproduce

1. Check "Clear previous query on launch" in PowerToys Run menu.
2. Press Alt + Space and type something such that no results are shown.
3. Hide the Search Bar by pressing Alt + Space / Esc / Clicking somewhere else.
4. Press Alt + Space again and the previous query will be still there.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Expected the previous query to be erased even through it showed no results.

❌ Actual Behavior

The previous query is not erased if the typed matter shows no results.
