Add warning regarding Ctrl+Alt+Del and Win+L

Need to figure out how to explain these limitations to the user and where to add it in.

This has been done on the UI side while remapping the shortcuts as warnings. @saahmedm should we close this or leave it open for any other places where we would want to add it?
