[PowerToys Run] Which folders does it search? I'd like to customize them!

I'd like to know how to control the folders that Run searches for matches. Currently even used it to launch scripts (despite that folder being contained in %PATH%). It would be nice to have more control over the list of folders that it scans...

@mbaas2 Run is leveraging indexer to populate results. You can customize them in "Indexing Options" from Control Panel.
