[PowerRename] - Prompt does not appear in OneDrive folder with placeholder files

Steps to reproduce

1. Have place holder files on onedrive
2. Right click

Expected behavior

I'd be able to rename placeholder files

Actual behavior

Only appears for files that have been downloaded. See screenshot
