I've installed powertoys in a w10 virtual machine running on hyper-v. All works properly except powertoys run: no activation keys work for me. I've tried any kind of combinations: win, ctrl., alt,...

Hyper-V is not the cause, we have the same problem on physical machines.
Please see #9017 or #9018 depending on your specific case.
I'll close this issue.
