📝 Provide a description of the new feature

I think we should have a link/button to open our help page on docs.microsoft.com in the PT application.

I suggest to add the following links/buttons:

• Button (menu entry) in PT's tray menu.
• Link in the sidepanel on the "General Settings" page. (Maybe combined with a link to relaunch OOBE. - See our OOBE spec in the wiki.)

I agree, we need to put links to the documentation in more places to make easier for new users to find it.
Actually I would personally use it if it was in the tray icon menu, when I need to verify if the doc is up-to-date or to provide the link to a user and so on.

Yes. Something like "End user documentation".

And one to the tray menu. Not sure if you can implement it.
