[FancyZones] Restore original size of window on drag start instead of drag end

What is the expected behavior of the proposed feature? What is the scenario this would be used?

When the "Restore the original size of windows when unsnapping" option is enabled, I would like windows to be resized the moment you start moving a window from a zone. Currently the window is resized after you finish moving the window.

I feel that resizing the window immediately is better because the user immediately understands that they unsnapped a window and it's going back to the original size. If they forget it was snapped and move it and it unexpectedly resizes, there might be some surprise and confusion.

Also, this is currently how windows behave when you move aero-snapped windows, so it would be better to match this behavior.

Finally, if this could be implemented, I believe it would resolve this issue:
