Is the ENV PATH in window avaliable in WSL Unbuntu zsh?

after finfish all the installation, I have Ubuntu in windows now

and I install the oh-my-zsh to get prettier terminal

but the zsh can't find any command

after excute the echo $PATH, here is the console

as you can see , they are the windows PATH transformed to unbuntu one with mnt prefix

and another annoying thing is after I installed the powerline font, the window terminal still can't find it .....

so I need someone to help me with this
