Key Learnings and Takeaways

The section is easy to follow and explained well to understand before going into the lab to start creating the agent.

• Introduction to Agents - Good to understand the foundational concepts of conversational AI, LLMs and RAG
• Copilot Fundamental - Understand how the key components (knowledge, tools, topics and instructions) work together to create and automate the agent
• Deploy declaration agent - This help me understand on adding my own agent to Microsoft 365 copilot and grounded in a prompt.
• Create solution for your agent - Understand the important of using solution
• Pre-build Agent - Expose to existing pre-built agent and how this can help accelerate the setup
• Create custom agent using natural language - the ability to use natural language to start building the agent and grounding with the data
• Topic - How i can add topic to the agent to define the customer question and answer path
• Adaptive card - This is really a cool feature to include adaptive card to allow response from user dynamically
• Automate with agent flows - understand the concept of agent flow and how this can be use to act as autonomously using event-based logic
• Publish the agent - Publish the agent to make it available for others within the organization or tenancy
• Understanding the licensing - The Copilot Studio agent usage estimator is really good tool to estimate and provision the cost for the agent

Challenges Faced

Overall is great. At a stage i was noticed some different screen design but i was on the wrong section. After redo i manage to get back on track.

Final Thoughts

IT would be good to incorporate this to our login similar as for Microsoft Learn, where we know the progress and where we are up to so we can continue. Thank yoy.
