Looks like this bug was with the GalleryApi which is currently not in the repo. It looks like we might be working to get it back into the library, but might make sense to table this until then (at which point we can see if its even still an issue).

My intuition, though, is that it was a problem with interacting with the rest client similar to the issues experienced here microsoft/typed-rest-client#66

Looking at #233, it looks like we're now sending headers in a much different way than we were and I was unable to reproduce. I'm going to close, feel free to reopen if this issue persists.
