"Not found" Error When Pinning Issues Widget in Multi-User GitHub Scenario #355

@adrastogi

Description

@adrastogi

Dev Home version

0.1101.415.0

Windows build number

10.0.19045.4046

Other software

OS Build Version: 10.0.19045.4046.amd64fre.vb_release.191206-1406
.NET Version: .NET 8.0.1

Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Configure Dev Home with 2 GitHub accounts. In my case, I had a 'normal' GitHub account and one is an EMU.
  2. Navigate to the Dashboard and pin a tile for an Issues widget.
  3. Enter in a link to a repository. In my case, I used a repository from my enterprise.

Expected result

Widget loads the set of issues as expected

Actual result

I received a 'Not Found' error on the widget. When I restarted Dev Home, the widget then displayed a different error message (that particular message was related to a configuration on the repository that prevented Dev Home from being able to query it- but at least the repository was correctly detected upon relaunch).
