Description of changes

Verification

Added targeted UI tests for Activity Indicator (both UIKit and SwiftUI). An accessibility identifier was added to ActivityIndicator in debug, with information such as the Activity Indicator's status and size. This allowed for tests that tested each one (changes from in progress to progress halted, including when activity indicator is hidden when stopped and existence of all sizes).

Originally, this PR also contained tests testing Activity Indicator's color (default and custom). However, this proved to be inefficient and buggy so this PR will only contain status/size tests. It has been recommended that colors be tested in unit tests, not UI tests (see link) so colors will either be added in separate unit tests, a subsequent PR if we find an alternative way to test in UI tests, or left out.

It's intended that these tests are added with no increase in binary size. I had assumed that #if DEBUG was the way to approach it but there still is a substantial increase. Is there another way to approach it?
