I am thinking about onboard 1 easy tool to begin with, and iterating on having more tools to come.
The first one in consideration is 'list applicationinsights recommendations' and I'll have a PR linking to this later.

Thanks @joshfree. @regexrowboat & I have actually been talking offline. For this one, I am trying to bring in the first command as a toe in the door, and then I'll bring in more commands by written by @regexrowboat before to form a bigger picture.
