Scaling issue with TextBox

Describe the bug

The textbox's actual height is not similar in all scaling

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Change the system scale to 100%, 125%, 150%...
2. Run the demo
3. Note the TextBox ActualHeight value.

Expected behavior

TextBox's ActualHeight needs to be similar in all scaling
