Describe the bug
the game crashes when I try to play

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS & version [e.g. Windows 10, 1822]:
windows 10 I don't know, I'm not a computer genius

MSFT Build of OpenJDK Version:
same

The output from java --version
same

To Reproduce:
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start game
2. Let game load
3. might get a chance to move the character but otherwise just trying to start the game

Expected behavior
the game should just play.
