Breadcrumbs and outline view do not show parameter variables

Expected result (behavior from Visual Studio):
The parameter type and variable are displayed for a function.

Actual result:
Only the type of the parameter is displayed for a function.

Might only be useful for C++, since in C there is no overloading, and for long function names it just fills the Outline panel.
